Scope

This policy covers our studio website and related enquiries. It does not describe data practices inside our games. Each released game will provide privacy information relevant to that game.

Information we receive

When you contact us. Our contact button opens your email app. If you choose to send a message, we receive your email address, your name if supplied by your email account, the message, and any attachments you include. We use this information to respond, provide support and keep track of your enquiry.

When you visit. Your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address, the page requested, browser information and the time of the request. Hosting and security providers may process or log this information to deliver the site, diagnose problems and protect against abuse.

Cookies and tracking

Our website code does not use cookies, browser storage, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites. There are no visitor accounts, newsletter sign-ups or payment forms.

Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may use necessary security cookies when checking traffic or protecting the site from abuse. These are separate from advertising cookies. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for details.

How information is shared

We use Cloudflare Pages for website hosting and delivery, Cloudflare for network security, and Namecheap Private Email for business email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information and traffic data to operate and protect its network; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users or services.

How long information is kept

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, provide ongoing support, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We consider whether an issue is still open and whether the record is needed for those purposes, and delete information when it is no longer needed. Technical records are subject to our hosting and security providers’ retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You can browse the website without sending us a message. Please include only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify that a request relates to you, and some records may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it.

Children’s privacy

This studio website does not offer player accounts or collect information through game features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through correspondence. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or information practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
